1. Cotton, cotton’s breathability, comfort and environmental protection are irreplaceable, so in many products, we will add a certain percentage of cotton. But today’s industry is very developed. Often, there is no cotton in our thermal underwear, but nylon, spandex, polyester and other blended fibers.

2. Nylon, Nylon or Polyamind or Polyaminde fabre, many customers only write the abbreviation PA.

3. Polyester. Polyester is the largest synthetic fiber in the world, exceeding acrylic fiber. Many of the common polyesters we use often only have the abbreviation PET or PL, we must pay attention to understanding correctly. Polyester is generally blended with other fibers. What is written on many clothing is polyester fiber, which is actually polyester. Because the amount of polyester is relatively large, they do not want ordinary people to think it is a low-end thing. Sometimes customers also specify high-grade polyester. The high-grade polyester commonly used by our company is a brand of DuPont, called Coolmax.

4, Spandex. PU Polyurethane this is a polyurethane fiber Elastane fiber, also known as Spandex. Trade names include Lycra (Lycra, USA, UK, Netherlands, Canada, Brazil), Neolon (Neolon, Japan), Dolastan (Dorlastan, Germany), etc. Lycra is commonly used in our company. Lycra, spandex yarn, polyester spandex, is a brand of Dupont. Lycra fiber is a very magical material. LYCRA can be stretched freely 4 to 7 times, and after the external force is released, it can quickly return to its original length. Some of our Slim Fit collections have Lycra in them.

5. Viscose, including many kinds of matte, viscose, rayon, etc. Among them, the most well-known, we are using Modal fiber. Modal is Austria High-moisture modulus viscose fiber developed by Lenzing Company is a cellulosic regenerated fiber. The raw material of the fiber is European beech, which is first made into wood pulp, and then processed into fibers through a special spinning process.

6. Polypropylene fiber . Polypropylene (PP) is the Chinese trade name of isotactic polypropylene fiber, a synthetic fiber made from propylene, a by-product of petroleum refining. The characteristics of polypropylene are as follows: 1. The vertical surface is straight and smooth, 2. The density is light, only 0.91 g / cm3; 3. The strength is strong, the elasticity is good, and the abrasion resistance is good; 3. The wet strength is basically equal to dryness Strong, it is an ideal material for making fishing nets and cables; 4, the effect of moisture absorption and perspiration is very obvious; 5, poor dyeing; 6, corrosion resistance, but poor light resistance, poor thermal stability, easy to age, not resistant to ironing; 7, high strength, second only to nylon, but the price is much lower than it. Fabrics made of polypropylene are dimensionally stable and have good abrasion resistance. Therefore polypropylene is often used for weaving carpets.

7. Bright Yarn . This is a functional fiber, according to the material, there are polyester and nylon.

8. Cold Yarn . Cold Yarn is a kind of mica polymer fiber. Due to the hydration rate and thermal conductivity of mica, this fiber feels very cold. It is suitable for summer underwear and some sports products. In fact, it is a kind of polyester, which is a functional fiber of polyester type. Our company used the brand of Micax, now it is called Mic Fibre

9. Socotex. It is a product between cold silk and Lycra, from Japan. (Actually not, it is a kind of ultra-fine elastic polypropylene fiber developed by Shenzhen Dongyunda Chemical Fiber.)

10. Antibacterial fiber Meryl skinlife . This is a kind of antibacterial fiber called Meryl Skinlife developed by the Nylstar company in the United States. This fiber is actually a nylon 66 fiber, which can make the skin get a natural balance, even during intense physical activity Same time. Meryl Skinlife is another new member of the Meryl family. This series of fibers is characterized by good drape, softness, breathability, dyeability and good gloss.

Although thes are the basically fibers, many functional fibers are still unknown. We need to find special materials according to customer requirements. In addition, it is rarely made of a single fiber, such as polyester and cotton, that is, polyester and cotton. The abbreviation for this material is T / C or CVC.
